Washington D.C. 2020
We kicked off the workshop with a gorgeous setup and "goodies" for each of our wonderful attendees. We love spoiling them so providing an additional all day coffee and snack bar was a workshop bonus! Abby Jiu started off Day 1 with a lesson on Instagram Marketing. She really dove deep into tips and tricks on utilizing highlights and stories and posting to attract your ideal luxury client. We all learned so much, especially having her open up the lesson to a Q&A! Following her lesson attendees were able to move through three different luxury headshot stations and get professional photos. The bonus was having Abby at one of the stations taking headshots for the attendees! The photos turned out so beautiful!

Kaleb was so kind and walked around helping each attendee with their styling. It was such a success!

We welcomed attendees back for a fresh day of learning with the always amazing Laura Gordon, their very own Olive and Oak Styling Mat, and a sweet gift from Laura and Engaged Magazine with their current issue! The lesson was fantastic as we dove deep into Laura's techniques for making each of her brides look flawless with an editorial edge. After her lesson and an open Q&A, Laura led us into a live demonstration. It is so inspiring to see her shoot in action! Attendees then broke into small groups to test the posing they learned in three different editorials! Laura went to each group to help attendees with 1:1 help. It was such a fun few hours of shooting!
